    Deacylated tRNA moves to the E-site during the process of translocation, not before it. Nonetheless, thank you for the good work teaching the world for free.

      In eukaryotes there is no E-site only P and A site is there...

      @@shivanisharma7814 selenocysteine, like other amino acids, is added to a growing polypeptide chain on the ribosome. The stop codon UGA is recognised by selenocysteine containing tRNA and an elongation factor specific for this process. It is a highly fascinating mechanism that I recommend you read more about
