Highline's 60th Anniversary: Paul Lupe Sam, Highline College Student

Paul Sam is a student from South Sudan. His mother, the sole provider for his family, planned out to the penny how much it would cost to send him to college. However, due to the pandemic and pushbacks, he ran out of funding. Through help from the Highline Foundation, Paul was able to stay housed and receive tuition assistance. Paul will complete his last quarter this year and graduate with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Youth Development.
