What do you think about buying property and builds a few small things on it? Yurts? Container homes? Tiny houses? Maybe with a VA loan?

@@JoseContreras-kj1re a big factor is: Oregon is already expensive and if you're moving here, you're assumed to have _some_ money. I have to question if I can justify buying a bottle of kombucha this month.
