Nice video, Jake! Good topic. Those travel size items and some wet wipes work really well. I tend to go through a lot of water washing my hands when I try to do a bit of cooking (other than just freeze-dried meals). Thanks for sharing.
That’s what it’s all about man, we don’t always have to agree. Thats what makes this community great, what works for me might not work for you and that’s okay. I appreciate you for watching!
Colgate makes disposable 1 use toothbrushes. Their small and come in a 4 pack. Ghey already have toothpaste infused. Body wipes. Hand sanitizer. And a camp towel.(microfiber)
You should never leave toilet paper or biodegradable wipes on the ground or even buried. The should always be carried out. Good information on hygiene care. Thank you.
Good stuff. Practice all the same. The only comment I have about using the charcoal/dust: Make sure it has no food, paper, garbage etc mixed in. It should be 100% natural burnings. Which is why sometimes Ill do two separate fires.. one large one for heat or just boiling water, etc… one smaller one for cooking and all these “other” uses. I carry a small knock down stove which serves well for the second use. Cook, burn off egg shells, etc. At the end of the trip, eventually all the ashes get mixed together, buried and covered for LNT. Found you via shout out from the Corporal 😉 Gonna sub 👊
Can you still buy Bob's butt wipes. I like to take a few apples and chewing gum both work great as a substitute for brushing teeth if you don't take a tooth brush.
I'd recommend rather than baby powder, being the small bottle of Gold Bond. The body powder works fine on your feet, the for powder works fine on your body. It even covers stank pretty good.
If your deodorant is also an anti-perspirant, it will help with chafing. I’ve used it a few times at my old job where I was in uniform every working day.
And if you can't use deodorant because you skin reacts to it? Guess you would have to stay up wind of me unless I used biodegradable wipes, which I would, but not deodorant.
@@isatq2133 Thanks for the tip, never thought of it for that purpose, but have used it to brush my teeth before. I can use the clear deodorant without a problem, but only use it when necessary.
Glad to see u hanging in there Jake Trent, great hygiene suggestions. Keep them coming,we need yo build up your followers,☘️😎👍

Cheers Jake. I used to find that even a simple 15 minute personal admin time with clean up and tooth brushing is a huge morale boost 👍
Great info !! Thanks Jake 😊
Awesome stuff jake!
I appreciate it!
I don’t always agree with you, but you are 100% right on with this video. Well done brother, great info.

I’ll bury it if it’s biodegradable. 2 weeks later it’ll be dust
@@buckeyebushcraft I prefer to bury the poop in a cat hole and burn the tp. That way I’ve left no trace. Its easy and safe to do
I'm thinking you've never used or heard of an outhouse. They are great fun in the winter especially when it's below zero out.

Having an extra pair of clean underwear is a good life philosophy.
You could also use your deodorant to help prevent chafing
