I'am catholic woman honestly before when i was in my teenage everytime i heard the adhan i feel irritated , but subhanalla when i worked to jordan ive always hear the adhan and i found my self singing too & starting memorizing the quran

I just prayed and my mind was somewhere else and now this video popped out. Allah is the greatest . Subhan'Allah.
I try so hard to concentrate that I start thinking about the fact that I'm trying to concentrate... and that distracts me 😔 or sometimes I'll be thinking about Allah SWT, or the Prophet Sallallahou anleyhi wassallam, or about the fact that I'm praying and Islam in general.... next thing you know I can't remember which rakah I'm in 😥😥 Every prayer I tell myself, this time I'll focus 100%... still doesn't work 😭😭 May Allah AWJ forgive us 🙏🙏

Well what I do for the problem with the rakah : I use certain surahs when I’m standing so I know that i have to sit.
Oh and for the one about thinking a lot, seek refuge from the ....

I have a secret for my Muslim brothers and sisters... When you are in Salah after reciting ur duas in Ruku and Sajda pray to Allah ( s.w.t) in ur local language about anything in this world and hereafter... Do this so often in ur prayers, you will 100% concentrate in every prayer... This method helps me a lot... For example, if I'm in Sadja after saying Subhanal biyal alaa wa bihamdihi, I pray to my lord about everything I want and ask him forgiveness and beg and beg him continuously until tears start coming from my eyes... Alhamdulillah, now this helps me to concentrate more in my Salah and I love it and enjoy it all the time...

If you were to recite dua during sujood then recite it in your heart and don't speaks it because it may breaks your salah.

Good Advice. Making Doa to Allah SWT and remembering Allah SWT always is key. Have kushu in your Doa aswell. But as brother Mist above said. If u were to recite doa during sujood u have to recite it in your heart. be it in your local language or arabic but recite in your heart
I don't think it is permissible to talk in any language other than Arabic during the namaz.
This is so precious for me... I revert to Islam 2 years ago and I have abandoned my prayers since 3 days now and felt so ashamed. I needed this because I adore and think of Allah everyday at every single minute but when time of prayer comes I feel lazy and didn't want to do it. Thank you so much for this reminder 💛✨

It's shaitan. When the time of prayer comes say aoozubillah minashaythani rajeem.. And proceed to go to pray.
Shaithan makes us feel Salah is like a burden. But actually it is just for few minutes in our whole days time. Concentrating in salah is very important for us to achieve the true peace out of it. May Allah SWT protect us from the whispers of shaithan. And grant us benefiting knowledge.

I didn't know why but today as I was so upset and stressed out I was praying to Allah and I felt comfort and after I felt so calm after being so tense and confused, it feels so amazing after you pray. I have always felt a connection with me and my religion 😃

Masallah this helped me a lot I think it was 1 month ago I was playing games and doing homework and I didn’t care at the start but then I realize until I saw this video that allah is the greatest and then when it was time for prayer I turn to allah swt he created me in this earth i always choose salah because it’s helps me and Allah Is The Most Forgiving so pls to everyone never turn your back to do homework or gaming turn back to allah he creates you you can make dua for him he can increase you in knowledge ameen :)

i have severe adhd so its very to focus on the most basic of tasks yet alone keep full focus on praying while reciting and doing actions for few whole minutes. i can forget the amount of rakats ive done too sometime doing 5/6 rakats or sometimes doing only 1/2 as short term memory weakness especially trying to focus on something else is a strong symptom of adhd.
Subhanallah.. been few days I've been thinking how do I get khusyu in solat. May Allah give us khusyu in solat. Aamiin.

Jazak Allah Khair for the beautiful reminder, i always try to concentrate and focus on my salah and most of the time the Shaytan mislead me to my work or somewhere in the past and immediately i understand that Shaytan is disturbing me in Salah then i recite Auzoo Billahi minaShaytan nir Rajeem and restart focusing my Salah. This is truth that Shaytan always disturb especially when you are at Salah or reciting Quran. I really hate Shaytan more than anything in the world.

It's actually difficult I tried so hard but my mind wonders I try my best but it like it's impossible just not to let ure mind wonder at all during the prayer
I think it’s ok that ur mind wonders here and there but give it ur best
This may sound crazy, but after I quit some bad habits such as overeating, certain sexual transgressions, etc. my concentration in salah increased dramatically. There is a quote in the Quraan that says something like "Take 1 step towards me, I will take 10 steps toward you. Walk towards me, I will run towards you." I believe my case is an example of this. If you try to become a better Muslim, it might help you to concentrate more.

i have a lot of terrible intrusive thoughts throughout my prayer that i can't control, i try to keep focusing but it's pretty hard ):
I’ve started praying and keeping the attention on the movement of my tongue and pronouncing every letter and basically putting all the attention around my mouth I hope this makes sense but yeah I put all my focus on my tongue not my ears not my eyes not my body parts but my tongue so I know I’m doing it properly hope this helps
