I may be late commenting on this video and maybe no one will see this comment, but I come here every morning and every day because of my depression. This soothing music helped me a lot. I just wanted to say thank you for letting me get through the hard times.
Hang in there ! Good times will come to you, I'm certain. If you ask me, the best cure for depression is rock music. The oldies but goldies. I don't know.... Sweet, Alice Cooper, Whitesnake, Nazareth, Guns N'Roses... stuff like that. Please give it a try.
This christmas music brings back memories for me. I'm 49, In my childhood I always saw my Father and Uncle listening to Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole at My uncle house, every christmas. It was a good time for me.
Me being a German this makes me remember "My US-american Christmas" in Cleveland/Ohio in 1990, when I was a post-doc at Case Western. The day before Christmas it started to snow. A lot of great memories and a lot of thankfulness to the American People for the wonderful hospitality I experienced. God bless you, wherever you live and celebrate this year's Christmas.

But: I found everything very familiar, I know the City and it's surroundings very well, and could even give directions to my host when we drove through the Flats, if you have ever been there. I have lived in Germany for 2 years and haven't seen a better Christmas than what I saw in Koln, living in Canada right now but that beautiful vibe cant be matched. Merry Christmas

What I feel nicer in Germany is that you "can take your time" during Christmas. While in the USA (in Canada I don't know) Christmas basically was just the 25th of December, in Germany officially Christmas is starting on the afternoon of the 24th, the 25th (official term: first day of Christmas) and the 26th (official term: second day of Christmas) are holidays by law, and: most companies close up to New Year (January 1st is a holiday in Germany, too). So many Germans have about a week for Christmas. This was only superceded when I lived in Southern Germany. Due to catholic and protestant traditions schools, universities and official institutions as well as quite a number of companies are closed up to January 6th (Holy Three Kings Day). Since I live in Berlin, my "Christmas break" ends on January 2nd, still a nice period of time for meeting family and to relax. Nevertheless I experienced a wonderful Christmas in Cleveland, I was young and thrilled to be, to live and to work in the USA, a dream I have had, since I was a child. Some of the songs are "I'm walking behind you", "I've got the world on a string", and "The Best Is Yet To Come". So far, its the only cassette I've Listened to, and I love every second of it. First one always makes me cry. I'm 32 as of Nov 2021 and my grandpa (Poppie) was my best friend and I lost him when I was 14 years old. This classic reminds me of him so much. It's bitter sweet. I miss now and always.

This reminds me of the time i went to nyc in the winter a week before christmas and everything was decorated with christmas stuff and it was so beautiful. It also reminds me of being at my grandparents house on christmas day

I´m brazilian living in Rio, and I remember the night in Maracanã Stadium, when my fav singer was a few distance from us..It was raining but suddenly the time changed and the sky was full of stars..Even the rain stopped to hear the most voice of the world..He said to be in front of the biggest audience of his professional life..and I cried amidst endless applause..
