We need an 8 episode Netflix series about Lola and Delta's adventures at Yukon back in the day. 30 minutes of them shootin' the shit ain't cutting it. We need imagery, script, gowns, million dollar red nails, tattooed cholos, hot guys in Buicks in the parking lot cruising for pole... It would be very very Delta
OMG !! A Lady from my time !! I'm going to be 72 on May 20th. 2023. This coming Saturday, and it is hard to find Sisters that come from this time !! Lola , You look Gorgeous ... I'm from Stockton CA, and You must have been here at some time ? You and I have done many things the same , like using the wipes!!! /LMOAO !! Damn, I'd love to sit and talk with someone that knows what I'm talking about .. Anyway , stay Safe, and healthy !! Delta, Thank You for making this Old Broad Happy !!! Luv Ya ❤🍇💗🧡💛💚💙🤎🖤🤍💚🌈☮️💃
I adore Ms. Lola, please have her back on the show because I feel like there was much more unexplored territory there. She was fabulous and I could tell that Delta really had a special place in her heart for her. I laughed about the stories of eating in the car- Rita Rudner used to tell a joke that her worst fear of crashing her car and dying would be that the EMTs would find her with her hand in a bag of Chips Ahoy cookies
Hello, Delta! Lushious Massacr sent me here. She gave you 5 stars. She raved about this. Lushious loves you. Hope you have Lushious on your podcast. She would love to be a guest. It would be spectacular. All the very best.
As a 44 year old about to be 45 I just smiled ear to ear at every single reference to the Santa Monica drive and all the clubs down the strip …. And the Yokon whoaaaa Mercedes and Shelamar do you r remember ? My friend was Shalamar God rest her soul!
This podcast showcasing legends in the scene that i would’ve never had any idea about is amazing. Thank you for sharing stories even about the old wig stores etc…. I love it all
Best episode yet! With all the gorge and glamour, lest we forget how raucus, raunchy, and downright fun it can be doing drag. Continued success to you for being so how very Delta you are! Much love and respect, Ed in LA
What an amazing episode! This will definitely be amongst my favorite very delta episodes that I replay over and over! The shoot the shit moments are always a classic!
I really really really really have to watch this I love whenever she bring on her Queens. I love how they paint a picture of how things were back in the days.
loved this episode . btw you can flip the lid of the nugget box open and put the sauces in there , it turns into a little tray. and Lola with the wipes from El Pollo Loco omgggg. lol
You definitely need to invite luscious massacre on your show. She’s award winning, funny, unique, talented, and knows how to have a conversation. It would be iconic to have you 2 talk and just see how you play off of each others experiences!!!
I barely even commented because I was so entertained by this episode!!! Omg LOLOLOL LOLA is SO FUN!!!! God bless her!!! What a life she's lived. And, she's so happy when she talks about all her experiences. I hope I shine like her when I'm her age ♥ What a doll!!!! ♥ She could probably have her own talk show too, but I wonder if she's too fast paced to sit down every week for it xD She seems like someone that lets the wind carry her ♥
You forgot about club papi in San Diego!!! Numbers and riches. Back, back, back in the day, I danced for club papi and I remember Lola and the convos and scene in the changing room, it was so fun and I remember her laughter and humor and we had a good time! Xoxo love you Delta!
One of my favorite episodes so far! This was so good! Funny, interesting, an awesome guest like Lola and you looking beautiful as always. Love you Mama Delta 🖤
I absolutely LOVED this segment . you both are so beautiful . the conversation reminds me of growing up in the mid to late 90s good ole gay days in Dallas Tx. having a carousel of cars in the (what was back then) Big Daddies and Anchor Inn parking lot and the girls would walk down knight street and meet their "friends" or get picked up in the parking lot or on the way. and then there was "boys town" on Reagan st behind the Village Station (now S4) which was where the guys/twink/trade would go get their coin . there was many Dallas and Texas upper political figures and famous athletes that would frequent the areas . The secrets was always safe back then... it really was just a different time. sending love and appreciation from Texas for you Delta and your podcast
This episode is so good I love how genuine your friendship is it shows how beautiful both of your personalities are. Going from shooting the shit to deep talk it's so real.
Delta, you are an incredible broadcaster. My favorite thing you do is whenever you stumble on your words you don't address it - you don't do the thing people do where they roll their tongue, you just start the sentence over and continue without distraction. You are a class act diva!
keep having these drag legends Delta, i love learning about queer life in southern california from the experts since i just moved here. keep it up diva💞
Yesss !! I love that Delta said this. I hate when people poke at little things about someone's appearance, whether it's a celebrity or not, without an open ended question about it. Nobody asked you and I agree it's definitely about the audacity ! I say this more and more as I get older, like "who raised you?" I've never understood why people love to, or even would want to, spend their time online being negative to other people. Grow up and learn to love urself so u don't have to pick at other people.
When I lived in Milan near the Monumental Cemetery parking lot, the working girls in drag or trans were walking around like Cher in a video. Cars with 2 or 3 guys in them. It was a scene. You just reminded me of that. Memories!
when she says “ do you want to see me go off “ I always answer her. I’m always like yes… YES QUEEN I want to see you go TF off. This is why I tune in.
Same
Kyle, it's time you upload content to RUclips, I think I'm not alone when I say that I want to know the personality behind all that cuteness ❤
Same
“What color were they? MILLION dollar red 🤫😩😘” I love delta 🤣

Thank you for providing a platform for those who served and paved a way in the community before our times. These stories are important, thank you!
This conversation is the most frank, adult, funny, touching, and thoughtful chats I've heard in a while. Cheers, Lola, Delta & Crew!
