Thank you to be here🙏 I love everything about your channel. Your videos are much more than recipes. It’s really amazing how much peace it brings to me watching it. It is Art for the HeArt💛🙏 It is like a meditation. It is created with grace and humility by a beautiful human being you are who shares with his heart. In the most beautiful simple way. It is a ceremony. It is healing watching it. Thank you for the warmth, the simplicity, the peace..you bring to my heart🙏
Perhaps you could show us a tour of the finished kitchen? Loved watching you create your space~how about sharing the finished product~ ~PLEASE? Jenn 💖 in Canada 🍁
A few years ago I used to watch your videos all the time, and now I am catching up and I forgot how amazing they were! Keep up the good work. Just by watching them they bring up the feelings that I had back then.
I'm more of your "No Music" videos, but after watching this I think I'll watch your videos with music more often. The music you used is just perfect. It's not a distraction, in fact, it helped make your video more relaxing... almost like a warm hug 😊
Christopher Rayburn hojicha is made with mainly green tea stalks so naturally contains hardly any caffeine - I believe it’s considered caffeine free. Hojicha has a bit of a roasted flavour, it’s subtle but quite delicious. Hope you get to try it 😊😊😊
Nowadays, some Korean cafes sell hojicha latte and I really love its taste. I also drink almond milk a lot at home so I should try this recipe! Thanks for good video!
I made this, only used 1 tablespoon of maple syrup between two cups and its too sweet. I wish the hojicha was stronger. My tea is directly from Japan so it can't be the freshness. But overall it's a lovely recipe for the night. Thank you!
I was reminded of the times, when I used to go for a vacation at my Aunt's place and she would give us a sumptuous GLASS full of tea, to each one of us, in the evenings, during Monsoon. Hahaha. Nostalgic times!!!
Please know, that as an Australian...I truly and genuinely, appreciate, and love, the beauty in Japanese life. I adore your videos, and watching you make this, in itself, was peaceful :-D What exactly IS "Hojicha"? Is it a tea? A green tea?
Hojicha is a type of green tea where the leaves are "toasted" in ceramic pots to give the tea a distinct, nutty toasty flavor. "Cha" means tea in Japanese. Soooo yummy as a latte. Its super popular in Japan right now. Although, it looks like he is using Bocha tea in this video, which is tea leaf stems (as opposed to leaves) that are processed like hojicha.
I misread the title... As a Latino, I was very confused when he pulled out tea leaves, since I thought he was making a Horchata latte 😅 “But... where’s the rice??”
Wow! Didn't know you can do that with hojicha! It's my favourite green tea, I have to try it with milk :) thanks for the relaxing video and inspiration!
That nice feeling when you hold ur glass and ur hands becomes warm 😊
I know this is random but I’m going through a lot of bad stuff at the moment and this is the only stuff that helps my anxiety
I hope things get better for you, soon. From a fellow anxiety sufferer. ❤️
phorion11 thank you so much🙏🏽
I can totally understand you, I'm also watching this to calm myself down, so I can fall asleep.
Strangely I find Gordon Ramsays cooking tutorials relaxing. I think it's because we all know he's a master and it'll all work out in the end.
@Purple Yellow .. hope u pull through the rough times dear. There is always light at the end of a tunnel. Keep fighting ☺️

AHHHHHH I love tea and I love your videos thank you so much for existing
if you add extra sweet everything tests good, real tea is sweet even without extra sweet like what I am drinking right now. Pure white tea.
動画楽しみにしてました。今回も真似して作ってみます^ ^ リョーヤさんのダウンベストと温かいラテで気持ちも温かくなりました。
