By january po sobrang lamig dito usually -30 celcius plus , magdala po kayo ng winter jacket kahit tig isa lang kayo ,tapos meron po dito thrift store / salvation army may libre po sila mga gamit para sa new comers.

3- monthly insurance ng sasakyan $ 200 (kung nakabangga ka insurance ang sasagot)
4- yearly income tax depende sa kinita mo isang taon
5- extra payment mga multa ng traffic at delays sa payment, kailangan on time $250

Bakit kaya sa pinas mahirap lahat, gusto kung bumili ng house and lot pero ang mahal. Kaya mayaman lang ang may afford. Ang daming hidden charges. Tapos pag celphone or car loan ang hirap 😆 parang malulugi ka sa hidden charges. Kahit sabihin nilang mahirap buhay jan or sa UK, US worthit naman kasi umaangat ang buhay. Sa pinas wala kulelat kahit gaanu ka katalino. Just saying hehe 😅
Ang kaibahan po is dito di mo mafi-feel yung may pobre o mayaman. Basta di ka lang baon sa utang, maganda dito.
