This is a great idea! If you aren't staying on property at Disney, you could take a break mid-day & rest in your RV, make lunch, have a drink, take a nap. Then go back into the parks & enjoy your evening. Brilliant!!!
I enjoyed this so much! I have a 7 month old baby and my family and I have been talking about going to Disney world and get annual pass once covid is over. I really want an RV as well so this so exciting this is doable
Oh this would be such an amazing option to have with small children! Really surprised more people haven't caught on, we will do it again next time we get there! and hopefully some still will not have caught on (better parking for us LOL)
Wife and I are looking to get a smaller (24' Class C) for our frequent Disney trips. Based on what RVs you've seen parked around you, do you think they would park us in the normal spots or in the RV spots? Also, Do you keep the generator running for your dog while you're in the park? We'd love to bring ours along but I wasn't sure how it would work with her in the RV while we're in the parks.
Depending on which park and how early you will arrive we always got premium parking spots (some were even better than premium in the tour bus lanes by the gates) unknown on smaller van type rigs but a 24ft would likely get the same spots we did. Generator use was not an issue at all. Would love to hear your experience with a smaller unit, good or bad check back and let me know 👍😊
This is the best! We have a son with autism and I’ve been thinking of doing this. The Disney campground is very far away. I was worried about him having to wait that long. He has a handicap pass. Do we even need to use it? Will we be close enough in the bus area? Thank you so much for finding the boondocking spot.
Could I also ask the etiquette for pulling into a RV park at night. Can you leave and come back like that for the day? Is it frowned upon? Any tips for being considerate to our neighbors when we pull in?
Not at all, Some lanes are marked "buses" and sometimes you follow the bus lanes going in, don't worry, the parking staff will direct you 👍 Magic Kingdom parks at epcot and you take the monorail into MK as I recall was the only one where they parked you farther away (than the other parks) , if you get there early tho you will get an amazing spot very close. Happy mousing! (and a bit envious, ready to go back!) Dave
@@OurEndeavor thanks so much for the Info. We are very excited to go back to Disney world again. Do you happen to know about universal studios RV parking? Do you have a video of parking there? Thanks again for your help. 👍
@@claudiofamilyadventures more than welcome! Having your home only yards away is heaven, I will absolutely do DW the same way again next time. Be sure to let me know how it works (or didn't) for you, always appreciate the feedback. Didn't make the trip to Universal this time so no idea there.

Will I have trouble going through the regular lanes at Magic Kingdom parking lot toll booths with a small class C RV?
