It's a new game for the holidays using cocoa powder. Other idol groups have played this game also. Weekly idol also inform the groups and their managements of what will happen during the shoot so they agreed to the game and it was most likely filmed last.

I usually don't watch Weekly Idol so I didn't really know they've been playing this game, and in a quick browse of the channel I didn't see any other thumbnail with idols playing it. It’s actually pretty cute and harmless. Tbh I see most idols these days care about their image too much, they won’t do this kind of games or funny faces anymore in front camera. That’s why idol variety shows becoming less fun. It was much funnier back in 2nd gen (or even 3rd gen) you’d be surprise what kind of games, expressions or appearance they show in tv. Anyway XG in this game is actually very refreshing to me, because they don’t care about their image and just having fun. I haven’t watched Weekly Idol for a long time since Doni & Coni era, but I’m glad XG bring the fun again in this episode, together with Mijoo and Eunkwang as MC
