This video is only applied to a spouse that is already in the US. What about a petition for a spouse that has not been given a visa yet?

My wife has no Visa, she has never been to the USA, we have no Bill's together of course, nobody here knows her . It seems I would have to smuggle her into the country Illegally to get the documents for her visa ... this makes no sense to me

1.What are some of the documentation one can start gathering a few days after their marriage and submit an application for Work Authorization and Green Card?
    2. What are the documentation that the spouse requires Social Security number in order to get them for their interview?

Hello what is the strongest and best way to prove a marriage is real to immigration if the American citizen is married to a Jamaican, the things you listed are not possible so what is the best way to prove my marriage is real, me and my wife did it for genuine love and we plan to stay with each other forever... But am in Jamaica so what's our best way to prove it's bonafide...

I am a U.S. citizen, my husband is from Guinea Conakry 🇬🇳. We married in Gambia almost five months ago. I am getting the package together. He is in Guinea Conakry now, waiting for the interview. Can we go to the U. S. embassy to request that he get a visa and wait with me in the States for the process? Everything is taking too long, and we really want to be together.

Why am I watching this video? I am a citizen married to a citizen. No need for green card.
I don't agree that you should marry " only for love". People get married for a 1000 different reasons; love is only one of them. I got married because I wanted kids, a family a home. I wasn't madly in love with my husband. I do agree with the term 'bonafide', without deception. That's all you have to prove, that your marriage is real.

Hello attorney McBean, I married my husband in 2014 oversea, 18 months later, he received a two year conditional green card. Three months before the expiration, we filed the I-751 to remove the condition. Two months after I sent the I-751, something happened and he left the house. He changes his address and I don’t know where he lives. I feel that he married me for the papers nothing more. My question is can he still get his permanent green card since I signed the I-751 even though we are not together since 2018. I filed for divorce last year but due to the pandemic it’s taking forever and I don’t know where he lives to serve him.
Thank you so much for your time.

How much evidence should be used?
I have watched some of your videos and was wondering how much evidence should be submitted?
Here is a little about my wife and I, we have been together 20+ years but under the circumstances we couldn't get married all those years, so we had planned to get married in the Philippines this year but because of covid our plans got changed again. That is when we decided to get married online, yes I went to see her in person (just got back).
I have been supporting her for the 20+ years financially and sent her to school also, so how much should I send to show this?
