Thomas Hayden Chruch really did a great job playing as Sandman.
I like that he could even work as a comics version, he is just a man of sand, like Iceman figures.
Flint Marko was permanently trapped in sand from the accident in Spider-man 3
Because, he came from a time a year after the events of Spider-Man 3 in his body slowly withering away due to the effects of the Super collider finally takings its toll on his body.

Doctor Strange's spell had some sort of Multiverse effect on Flint Marko and made him permanently stuck in his sand form.
I hope we can eventually get an updated solid sand man
Thomas Haden Church wasn't in the No Way Home set but luckily the team added CGI and voice lines for Sandman and remade the scene from Spider-Man 3.
The multiverse from Doctor Strange, who tried to make everyone forget that the MCU version of Peter Parker was Spider-Man, had a huge side effects after the Sandman was transferred to the MCU and got permanently stuck in his sand form. I just wish the another actor can take one the "title" of Sandman and I bet John Cena can play Flint Marko since he's younger than Haden Church.

Thomas Haden Chruch was only 61 years old by the time No Way Home was in production and merely providing his Voice lines for the character he played 16 years ago as his likeness for the motion caption portrayed by Jon watts himself. I personally feel that it was most appropriate and honourable that they give a figure of Sandman in his second wave of the No Way Home Marvel Legends.

The accessories are very cool. It could have used a few more. Head sculpt looks like Daniel Craig. Man...Sand Man.
I don't hate this figure at all. But I don't need this. I'd put the money towards a Green Goblin first and grab this guy on clearance. Lack of butterfly joints bothers me but otherwise I think he looks accurate to the movie and even works for the game.

The headsculpt looks a lot like Thomas Haden church. Not fond of the all sand form, but it looks like what was in the film. I can’t look at that version the same way though because when my mom watched no way home she asked me why he was naked in it 😂

they are all kids' toys. but i like this sand man much better than the last one i notice Hasbro has been improving in articulations and more pin less figures coming out more than ever its great .
