      @@cranberryjam4754the card on the bottom is the red card, when he takes the nine of diamonds he cuts the deck loosing it into the middle but also putting it below that red card
      all you have to do then is get the red card on top via a cut, and the red card (3❤) is on top of the nine, so you do a double lift. you place down the red card (3❤) and then you force the three of hearts, boom

  • @k0u0s0h0a0g0r0a0
    @k0u0s0h0a0g0r0a0 9 месяцев назад +43

    The execution was very smooth, which is lovely. The trick (though I am not sure):
    There are two red cards stuck together (1) 9 of diamonds, (2) 3 of hearts. The cards were switched immediately after he showed the 9 of diamonds. However, it is very, very difficult to execute.

    • @sonny8599
      @sonny8599 9 месяцев назад +6

      He has two 3 of hearts and 1 of them has a red back.
      He manipulates the 9 of hearts to be in the middle of the deck exactly BELOW the redback 3 of hearts. All this while manipulating the position of the normal 3 of hearts.
      He tries to find the redback and shows the 9 by doing a double lift.
      He places the redback on the table pretending that its 9 but its actually the 3 flush with the nine. The flourish makes this more convincing. The 9 gets left behind during this step.
      Then he "randomly" finds a normal 3(manipulated). He then pretends to have failed to turn it to a redback but he just puts it in the deck.
      Then the redback that the audience assumes is 9 is revealed as 3.

    • @desmondkilmartin-pe2xi
      @desmondkilmartin-pe2xi 8 месяцев назад +2

      only 1 redback card - 3❤
      and 1 blackback card 3❤

      Reminds me of singing and playing guitar as the same time. What helped me, besides practice, is try not to think about it and just do it. I would think with magic tricks it'd help to have somewhat of a script before hand. The same as I know the lyrics to the song I'm playing. I'm sure you'd get it.

    Anyone can do this trick after only a little bit of practice. Every move involved is something any beginner can learn with only a tiny amount of practice.
    BUT here you can see how impornant the performance itself is. Doing a trick without flashing is one thing but doing it in a very smooth and natural way is another thing. Something as simple as a double lift still needs a lot of practice so that it looks natural.
