- Vigilante Deku is one of the new skins they added to My Hero Ultra Rumble and is by far to me one of the coolest. Today I’m going to use both the assault and full bullet vigilante Dekus to dominate some matches. Enjoy!

I agree with you with the black whip, but I would also like them to do what Aizawa and Twice do by hitting them with it and getting damage, not just using it to pull people and use your other moves to do damage and run away, so I would like them to fix that.
Would be a nice buff to reward people who can actually hit it

5:50 I could be wrong but I think it’s a glitch in AOF gamma. When u use it on a downed opponent they get up faster or even insta get up.

rapid deku set (full)
alpha=blackwhip
on the ground or in the air it pulls you to any enemy you hit, if you tap the button when hitting a building it froppy alpha pulls you towards it, holding it allows you to swing (like spidermans web), building momentum
damage=none
range=old blackwhip
ammo=3-5
beta=holding forward shoots you forward doing a one for all 45% detroit punch, holding back or tapping the button causes you to flick your fingers one after another, shooting you back and firing multiple shots forward, like toga meets midoriya alpha
damage=punch=85-105, bullets=35-55 each
ammo=2-4
punch is fast but has delay before startup and has end lag
gamma=float, you lose your vertical velocity and float on the horizontal axis, slowly losing momentum
ammo=1 which lasts 7-12 seconds
special action rework= smoke screen like compress but without leap and much bigger
the main thing i thought of when writing this was the unification/ ability to combo quirks, in the anime, one for all requires skill to use effectively, you cant spam one move to win in this skill set, something as simple as movement becomes more complex, more satisfying and hopefully more enjoyable.
Moveset reminds me of a smash character. Especially with the holding forward or back inputs

I feel like the old Deku is missing something maybe a full cowling mode that gives him shorter cool downs and a bit more damage or it’s easier to get the second black whip maybe level four then at level nine you get reduced cool down and more range and maybe I could do damage

speed and jump=all for one
hp and gp=dabi
melee=punch, kick, summons a lighting strike aoe in front of him triggering a hard knock down
air melee=punch
alpha= finger laser, shoots toga speed lasers from his fingers, the more you hold the faster and closer the lasers become, like from endeavor level 4 alpha to twice alpha
ammo=percentage based, lasts around 5 seconds - 10 seconds
damage=toga alpha damage
range=midoriya alpha
usefulness= since it has high dps and range, it should be used for chasing and/or thirsting
beta= lighting wall, like a cementoss beta, moving the left stick left/right makes it wide while moving it forward makes it long,
the cool part is that the higher the level the more strikes per spot, so at level 1 it only 3 strikes going once, and at level 9 its 6 strikes hitting thrice, also the attack locks the opponent in hit stun making them take the 1-3 consecutive strikes easily
height= cementoss level 9 alpha
damage=45 per strike(so at level 9 they'll technically do 135 if all hits connect)
ammo=1-2 at level 4
size=3 cementoss blocks =6 cementoss blocks
usefulness= this is a great team support move, using it to block your opponent from chasing your teammate (or yourself) and heavily punishing them if they run into it (ps: there is a slight delay like endeavors gamma before the move comes out so its not broken) also you can use it to bait revives
gamma= tornado, summon a giant tornado around you which lifts you up if you hold the button, imagine an air version of allmights gamma, except bigger.
damage=none, just knocks back
movement speed=allmight gamma
duration=allmight gamma
special action= store upto 6 quirk skills, not full skillsets, basically when you kill someone, you can use x to choose a single quirk skill which you want to take (like dabis gamma, shiggys beta) swap between them by holding special action.
second support skillset:
alpha=summon two hydras (dragons) which charge to where you aim
speed=slower than ibaras alpha
damage=45-75 per dragon, so 90-150 if both hit
ammo=3-5
usefulness= pretty bad for 1v1s but good when your being chased or to basically give your team extra support
beta= air wall, basically kendos shield but with a plus ultra knockback effect when you release the button
size=a bit smaller than kendos
gamma= uses the life support tubes to slowly heal himself
speed= two green ability cards
ammo=1 every 11 seconds
duration=10 seconds, it starts reloading after you stopped being healed
Lightning wall seems crazy and the special action would go crazy on monoma as well
I have both quirk sets for deku and as much as I’ve been trying to learn full bullet I never perform as well especially with randoms as I do with default deku. Should I continue trying to learn full bullet or just stick to my roots with assault?
Edit: most content creators I see use deku say assault is better to them some say full bullet is slept on or comments say skill issue or diversity and that’s also giving me a hard time in deciding which quirk set I wanna use
Assaults by far the most consistent because he has an easy to use alpha and armored beta. Full bullet to me tho is just nice and flashy so I like using him but outside of his gamma being slightly better then blackwhip I’d say assault is better

i want the deku skin but i want to focus on getting the new shiggy first because i feel like quirk skill sets wont come back as often as skins because i know soon they will make it to where you cant get old skill sets and skins come back every week

You probably turned off auto level up. I know you can turn it back on in options or ingame if you press like L1 with the menu up

I just get alpha to max first then gamma to 4. But you can also do the reverse if you want the gamma to take you further for mobility.

Does anyone else have a glitch where if you pick up a speed card for example as a Lida, your attack doesn’t level up automatically unless if you do it manually from ur inventory?
You might have auto level up disabled

They could have had a big hit with this skin but it only has complaints and complaints, no wonder the game will close in September Also the broken gloves don't convince me, I would have preferred if they left the gloves from the v2 suit as shown at the beginning of the vigilante deku arc

Yeah maybe they should add voice skins, for example a voice skin for normal deku (cheerful) and a voice skin for vigilante deku (More serious) . It could also work with other characters such as Dabi vs Touya attitude.
