Hey maybe at the end of the video you could give a rundown on what you thought of the story or something. That might add to that feeling you're going for. I don't know if that's a good idea or not, just something I thought of.

It's a fine idea. The only thing I'd say is that I really want to try to keep my videos at or under 10 minutes so I do limit my analysis. From my experience people's attention span is quite short these days and I have to keep things moving fast. I am considering trying to make some 30 second shorts on single crazy elements from a story. I've never done shorts but they are super popular.

@@DCSilverAgeStorytime personally, I like longer videos but I know what you mean. You can't get people to pay attention to anything for more than a few minutes at a time.

I have done two Golden Age Dr Fate stories but I wont publish them until I get about 10 and then I'll start doing one a day. I'd also like to do the Golden Age Specter. Those were some trippy stories. The ones that were the most boring to me are actually Superman and Batman.

@@DCSilverAgeStorytime Dr. Fate and the Specter are great ones to start with. Personally I also like some of the more obscure heroes from that time period. The stories are insane but in a different way than the silver age was insane. I've been telling some of my friends about this channel but I'm not sure how many of them will watch but maybe you'll get a couple of more subs. Oh, are you going to change the name of the channel?

I will continue to focus on the Silver Age and I can only talk about stuff I actually have. I have Specter, Shazam, Justice Society etc but nothing really obscure. It's all either archive editions or omnibus. I do have Plastic Man, which is fun. Eventually I'd like to do Doom Patrol, which was a brilliant Silver Age series.

So did Sir Sedgwick have the exact same suit, hat and pipe in the bag or did he undress there on the street to give the clothes he was wearing to Superman? I just had a thought that this guy has a closet full of this exact same outfit with the hat and pipe as well and wears a different one every day. I don't know why that's so amusing to me.

I hadn't thought of that. He actually gave Superman his entire suitcase so I assume he had the exact same suit including cap, monocle and pipe insude. I found it amusing that Superman felt compelled to wear the entire ensemble. What I didn't mention was that Superman presented himself as a doorman despite being in his full Superman suit. Such is the insanity of the Silver Age.
