Hi, just a small tip for storing inventory and making easier to access it. I use mesh fruit bags, reusable and almost transparent. They sell them in supermarkets in fruit/vegetable departments (at least here in Europe). I pack in one bag only one type of small plushies and only then put them in a bigger box/bag. If i need to pull out a little turtle, I pull only one bag with all turtles, and don't have to go through ALL the plushies.
When I pack after the market, i put them back into those mesh bags. It makes it easier to check what colors are left etc at home.
This is insane! I love seeing everything out chilling on the sofa! 😂 Such a useful video too for preparing and getting things ready as well as prices! great job!
i crocheted my mother-in-law a giraffe recently bc that's her fav animal but i wish i saw this before then bc your pattern is so cute!!

I use the same moving bags, although its tedious, I use gallon (or larger) ziploc bags for the smaller stuff. You can pick a larger item out easier for your online shop, but the little things get lost and tough to dig for, especially for setup. I set one moving bag for the small stuff with ziploc and the other bag for the larger items.

I love watching your inventory videos, it's such an esthetic ❤ I use the moving bags/ fabric bins too. It's so much easier to move around and pack the car. I use the 2.5 gallon Ziploc bags from dollar tree to separate my smaller items and put those in the moving bags, it helps with my overactive brain organize everything 😂

I went to the clear 4 foot bags so I can sort my items better and they aren’t too heavy. They stack easier for me as well. Love your work!

I have been using the big zipper bags for months now. They were a life changer. I am using the blue ones so that nothing gets sun damage. I find that these work very well. I watch a RUclips gal that keeps all her stock in the bags by type. Such as all the pigs in one bag and all the whatever in another. She seldom mixes the types. She says it helps with inventory and pulling what she needs for each show. You would think that they would take up a lot of room, but since they do squish if needed she is able to take a lot more then you can in a tub. Doing it that way also helps with set up. I do not make enough of one thing to use that method. But it might be a great way for someone that does the bigger shows.

Love it, you have an amazing inventory. I can never have more than 600,00 it's hard to keep up. I'm also thinking on buying those bags super worth it.
These bags are amazing but remember if you got a 'ikea' somewhere near you. They got those bags too. :) i got mine from there and they also got smaller ones where I put my keychains in to sepperate them a little. :) great video and keep up the great work.
you should assign a number or letter to your totes and then keep a running list for your inventory with which items are in which tote

An index card would be more durable for the pocket on those bags. I may try those bags. They look like it would make it much easier to transport.
