Girl we're so alike. When you talked about the smoking part i cackled a bit, let's just say my nickname was auntie Snoop lol. And my friend is a dental hygienist. People always thinks she gets her teeth whitend and she always lets them know "nope, just Crest Whitening toothpaste and mouthwash 2-3x's a day". But she also gives a disclaimer that she doesn't smoke, drink tea or coffee. So try that until you can get it done but also give yourself a month or 2 to see results.

I love your content. How long does the PATH Program allow families to stay in their particular shelters? Regarding your beautiful teeth. Try using Crest white strips they work great. If you can get your hands on the Crest White Professional Strips it will look like you spent $800 on your teeth. Just remember no dark drinks(tea,coffee,hot chocolate,red wine, etc) for at least two weeks after bleaching.
