I love this version because it's so emotional and really focuses on Sophie and the sadness & horror of what happened to her. But I also love the original one. The more upbeat music conveys some defiance & hope for the future which are also reflected in the lyrics "we're the outsiders, but you can't hide us"/ "Normal is not the norm/it's just a uniform/take off your uniform"/ "Now with our heads up high we will carry on"/ "We won't let them get us down or wear us out", etc.
This version of the song is infinitely better than the original album version. I listen to this song all the time, don't care at all for the other version.
this songs proves a point,as theres no word as perfect or being perfect,we are all different in the way we dress and the music we listern to. most people dont like whats perfect and whats not,mayde they are affraid,we are all not perfect,so leave use alone. and whats so perfect and normal about other people in society,i think that loat must be boaring,i like to have fun in life and have a good laugh and hang out wth different people,and theres nothing wrong with being different.
I love this song e Dr since I went to Wembley stadium to hear within temptation this band was the backing band (if you get what I'm saying), and I loved them so we got someone to burn all the songs onto a disk but I like this version better it focusses Moore on Sophie . I love this and thanks for uploading it.
