Is it easier to find homes in Beaufort county or in jasper county without Hoa fees?
Pretty much all of Bluffton you will find HOAs. Beaufort and Ladys Island you may find more options and Jasper County, although availability is less.
Our community in Hardeeville is ridiculously expensive! POA, social membership and taxes are crazy! Wish I could live in HHP!

You didn't say anything about Transfer Fees. HHP is only .0025 which is pretty cheap.
