Interesting footwork with the pendulum. I’ve seen the triangle footwork everywhere, along with the step and slide. The pendulum does add something different. Gotta experiment with it.

This is wonderful for kickboxing movement. I worked some into heavy bag work. Very similar to my Okinawan karate days.
