Hi mam..can u pls share if the kid has need based communication and is not motivated to talk other than his needs or requests..is it ok to introduce AAC to motivate using more language or does it hinder the speaking ability
My son at school use a acc app and at home he use let me talk aac app at home it helps him to hear that word and attempt to say that word and I use phrase like hand down and easy set go when he wants to go outside he will repeat ready set go and hand down and I want he will say mom verbally and will say I want the. Loud house or I want to the cassagrande and he will use some modifications sign language
