Are some people joking? Taylor's speeches are the best things about her concerts! Now I've never been to one of her concerts but judging by the endless amount of Taylor Swift concert videos, the way she talks and interacts with the crowd is so uniquely Taylor, she makes everyone in that audience feel like she's talking to them one on one. Taylor has a very clear idea of what the relationship between singer and listener entails, and when she speaks the way she speaks, I personally, can connect even MORE with her. She's not trying to talk to you as if you were a child (I saw a comment say this) but more or so making sure everyone in the audience (there's older people there but there's also a few young ones) is able to understand what she is talking about, she wants the crowd to absorb what she's saying. She's not just introducing herself, she's telling a story and I've never seen an artist speak to a crowd the way she does; it's a beautiful thing.
Awesome song .. great band .. Taylor really delivers rockers well. I love most of her pop stuff, but she brings out the goose bumps in me when she does acoustic/band numbers.
TheRealConcertKing You can always try Stubhub like a week before the show date, they open up seats cheaper to get rid of the tickets. It's what I'm doing for the 1989 tour because I cant afford them right now.
Izaila Santiago Thanks for the tip, I might at least give that a try. But I doubt I'll be able to find anything cheaper than face value. I will try to remember it though.
why didnt she name the song and the album "Blue"??!! i'm searching for the rock band Red and i get this!! give me a break! They've been around longer than her!
craigime About the fact that there's a band called Red and an album called Red. Stuff like this happens a lot in the music industry, don't blame the artist just because she hasn't been around for as long as them (and not for that long anyway, just 2 years).
I really like Taylor. And the song "Red" rocks. But can you imagine being part of her band/crew and having to listen to this lame introduction speech every concert
she bugs me suppose to be a country artist and now doing a avril lavigne shes obviousley under the record companys thumb like a puppet on a string not a true artist very forgettable
"Suppose(d) to be a country artist"? Says who? There's no law that says just because her first album was more country that she has to only make country music forever. If she wants to make more poppy music, then why can't she? Just because she grew up and wanted to branch out into different styles doesn't mean she's "obviously under the record company('s) thumb like a puppet on a string not a true artist very forgettable". If you didn't know, the record label she's on was essentially started with her. Scott Borchetta founded the label because he believed in Taylor's talent and only after she became a sensation did the label turn into a major one. After the success she had, I would be shocked if anyone is trying to tell her what music to make. Sure she hasn't made the best choices, especially on Red, some of the songs on it (22, Stay Stay Stay, I Almost Do, Everything Has Changed) are some of the weakest songs she's ever made, and were mostly created through co-writing with other people as opposed to Taylor writing them all herself like her first 3 albums. But that's her experimenting and trying new things. I'd prefer that from an artist, even if there are missteps and mistakes, than hearing them put out the same album time after time like you clearly want. As for the Avril Lavigne comparison ("doing a avril lavigne"...that makes absolutely no sense, aside from the tremendous grammar issues.) I was a huge Avril fan during the first few years of her career and I see and hear ZERO resemblance to anything Taylor is doing. There's certainly no comparison to Avril's later work, either. It also makes no sense because Avril was a major label artist from the beginning, and they had a significant influence on her music. You didn't even finish the thought enough to make it clear how you were comparing Taylor to Avril Lavigne because your mental capacity appears to be minimal. In conclusion, if it "bugs" you that an artist isn't releasing the genre of music you want them to, clearly you don't even know what a "true artist" is. Good for her for not just sticking to the same exact sound that got her popular and evolving past that. Also, you failed to realize how young she was when she wrote and recorded the first album, she's a growing woman and her tastes and influences are allowed to change. I pity you and how you view music, the industry and the world.

Taylor is a badass with that guitar.

did you use a certain setting on the camera to get such great quality? thanks!
I'll be there tomorrow! :D
Just wondering, which area were you sitting in? These seats look great.
My baby :')
4:40 damm!!! lol
yo, are you going to the 1989 tour?
Nope. Way too expensive, I couldn't afford tickets. And that's coming from someone who went to the Speak Now tour twice and the Red tour 3 times.

Ricardo Santos i love your comment, but taylor has actually been around since 2006, not just two years
morgan olberding
he means she started 2 years after Red
She really is we'll-articulated.

if the guitar player was slash or nuno and van halen it would have been more badass
