The announcer for this sign-off appears to be Ben Patrick Johnson (credited here as "Ben Johnson") in an early bit of voice narration from him; he was heard on trailers and TV spots for a lot of 2000s media. In the background is a 1992 rendition of a Laurel and Hardy tune called "Look at Him Now", recorded by the Beau Hunks.
I just want to see some KTCI 17 footage period. There’s VERY Little footage on RUclips from Channel 17 in the Twin Cities. KTCI is kinda like what WLIW is, the secondary PBS channel in their primary market. They tend to air programs not typically seen on the parent channel (KTCA or WNET). These tend to be your Britcoms, overseas news programs (including the BBC world news service), and odds and ends that the parent channel doesn’t have time to air, or programs from the past from their own archive, and the archive of the parent channel. KTCI, along with KTCA Were also among the first Non Commercial ETV channels to start airing programming in Color, in the mid 1960s.

I wonder if you could find some KTCI Radar Weather footage. That'll be neat to see.
