I liked the breakfast, but I would have it for lunch because I'm old. My uncle in Sequim, WA caught so much Dungeness last year, he is selling his traps. He mentioned that a heat wave the year before really wiped out the clams. They got cooked in low tide sun. Bummer, love those too.

Crab Benedict is the best breakfast ever. Second best is kokanee, eggs, and fried potatoes. Have never made a crab bisque. I usually eat the crab too fast to even think of soup. LOL Looks fabulous!

Try cracking they eggs into a small strainer and lets the watery whites drip out. Drop in water, no spinning or vinegar required and always perfect. You can do multiple at a time too!

Great recipes. Small reasturant where I live in north puget sound runs a special during summer, rock crab benedict. It is very good.
