Hello! Have made sure all of the slack is out of the vehicle seat belt, you put the shoulder belt in the lock off, and locked the vehicle seat belt so it ratchets back into the seat? What kind of car do you have?
@@TheBabyCubby Thank you so much for responding. This was a determining factor. Because when child is sleep in forward position, when they fall asleep I'm able to recline seat back, so child's head isn't dropped or uncomfortable...Thank you Truly. Take care ❤

Hello! There are two recline positions in the "Red Zone" for the forward facing position!
