    I know manufacturer says not to apply over previously sealed brick (with Thompsons water based) but I really need to make sure wall does not permit penetration from wind driven rain, so what would be the worst that could happen if I put StormDry over a previously sealed wall? Will the white of cream still disappear even if it doesn't penetrate or will it make some kind of mess I won't be able to remove? TIA

    Is this product ok to apply over a wall that has been fully rendered with K-Rend? Rear of home is West facing on the coast that suffers with driving rain/wind.

    can you render over brickwork after applying storm dry and can stormdry applied to painted masonary walls ?

    • @SafeguardEuropeLtd
      @SafeguardEuropeLtd  Год назад

      No, we don't recommend rendering over brickwork after application. Stormdry should be applied to bare masonry walls. Paint forms a barrier that stops Stormdry from penetrating into the brickwork.
