Wed i am going to go look at a 99 sportster 1200 with 5256 on the clock. Wants 4k.... i cant find anything wrong with it aside from a dent in tank. Not sure i can pass on this. Lol

I have a 2001 honda shadow 600vt and when I hit 75mph the motor shuts down, when it drops under 75 it starts running again.
Does anyone know why it does that
Could it maybe be a collapsed spring in the head or something like that
