I cried watching this and it makes me feel so happy for you and also because I was imagining me unboxing it. I am working hard to get good grades and my exams are in just a few days. These days ive been feeling a lot of stressful but I always imagine what it is for and comeback to this at the end of the day.
Got mine for christmas and its absolutely amazing! The performance and quality between my previous windows laptop and the macbook is like day and night! 100% recommend!!

I have this one, it worked fine, i bought it with 110k inc Apple care that i didn't use , its a good machine if you do browsing and content writing , no game or heavy work if you want to run for long time
You can afford though it’s how you make your money work for you , I literally just purchased an iMac in green 24 inch it took me a month too save but I did it . You want something you have to have the strength to put your money away not touch it and get it I get paid weekly so every week I put money away in the amount it would cost then purchased so let’s say you get paid bi-weekly you can calculate what it cost and how many weeks you want to save and what you will have left over after you put that money away and will you be comfortable once you decided that give yourself a time line like I knew i wanted the iMac before school started so I said 4 weeks before the date we work too hard to not get what we want in life
I start college this fall and plan to get one of these to do school work with especially now that they’ve reduced the price to $999 after releasing the M2 MacBook the other day.
@@HerUnboxing So, compared to my 2017 MBP, I love the keyboard on this new Air. I have a 2014 MBP and the new Air definitely feels more like my 2014 MBP - which is to say more like a real keyboard than a superthin laptop keyboard
I bought the air base model as well. After doing some photo editing, web browsing, video editing all at once, I noticed it started lagging. I upgraded mine to the 8 core GPU 512gb and 16gb ram.
hmm i haven't noticed much lagging with my air so far but i haven't really done anythign too intensive. Final cut pro is probably the most demanding app that i use. Well hope you have no issues with your upgraded macbook 👍😊
The 8 core gpu dosnt make much of a difference, but if your doing intensive stuff like all the things you listed at the same time the problem would have been just been the ram so you probably would have gotten rid of those problems by just upgrading the ram

Had this Macbook (M1) for about a year, but had to sell it as I wasn't financially stable a few years ago... Absolutely loved the design aspect of it. Was just so nice to carry around, especially in the gold colour, felt so premium. I have the M2 Macbook Air (Midnight), now, and it's the best laptop I've ever used. Everything is so seamless, and I've been using it for a few months now. I used to have a gaming laptop (Razer), and the M2 runs so much better than a gaming laptop + more battery life (10-12 hours, without charging). Honestly think that the MacBook Air line-up is so much more unique and reliable than the prior Pro models...

I wanted a pro for 3years and only the pro because of editing and Iif I would spend apple money it should be worth it with all the opportunities and know boundaries when it comes to creative work now I’m going to get the M1 because it has all that in affordable.
Love the MacBook - and the video. 😍 Since you use the MacBook for editing (running two heavy-duty apps like Final Cut and DaVinci), the MacBook Pro M1 would’ve probably been a better choice - when the time comes that the Air starts to overheat under the stress of heavy processes, the Pro M1 can reach that same time and go on for a little while longer before overheating thanks to its fan, which makes it slightly more reliable and resilient in the long term.

@@HerUnboxing the m1 air gets like 90% of the performance of the m1 macbook pro because the fan barely does any better than the passive cooling than the pro so it definitely isn't a mistake to get the air.

Bro I am from India and brought MacBook Air it works very good much better than a windows laptop.Right now there is no laptop in the market which can compete with the performance and built quality of the Macs .If you are a pro user go with 16 GB of RAM.But with 8GB RAM also it is not showing any slowdown.I opened all applications which are present on the computer all at once and 22 safari tabs but it didn't show any slowdown the swap memory was at 2.38GB .I guess this is just worth for money.The laptop gives 2 days of battery life for 8 hour use per day approx on coding ,reading books and light video streaming.
I would love to have a rose gold MacBook and when I got mine I was super happy it actually looks so rose gold!! 💗 ‘gold’ really doesn’t suit the name of the color! It should be called rose gold or copper

yea m1 macbooks are huge upgrade over previous intel macbooks so i do recommend it if it's in someone's budget
Bro I am from India and brought MacBook Air it works very good much better than a windows laptop.Right now there is no laptop in the market which can compete with the performance and built quality of the Macs .If you are a pro user go with 16 GB of RAM.But with 8GB RAM also it is not showing any slowdown.I opened all applications which are present on the computer all at once and 22 safari tabs but it didn't show any slowdown the swap memory was at 2.38GB .I guess this is just worth for money.The laptop gives 2 days of battery life for 8 hour use per day approx on coding ,reading books and light video streaming.

Philippine market about the same price as India. :( normally apple products seem to be about 20% more expensive here than in USA.
I would love to have a rose gold MacBook and when I got mine I was super happy it actually looks so rose gold!! 💗 ‘gold’ really doesn’t suit the name of the color! It should be called rose gold or copper
