By " Brown " you means " Latinos " right ? But the things is " Latino " is not a proper ethnicity like Blacks, Asians or Whites ... Latino is a culture influenced by 3 ethnics groups : Native Americans, Spaniards, Blacks from Mexico ( Carribeans included ) To Argentina. But Latinos can be either White, Native American, Blacks and nowadays even arabic or Asian descent as long as they were born and raised in a Latin American country ... Fidel Castro ( Cuban ) Che Guevara ( Argentine ) are White Spaniard descent mostly But they are just as Latinos as Carlos Monzon ( MW Legend from Argentina of Native American, from the Mocovi Tribe of Argentina ) or lets say Tito Trinidad/Wilfred Benitez ( Blacks ) ..
Danny Garcia must be "Castizo" like Diego Maradona tye only difference is Maradona has more Native American blood from Guarani ( Argentina ) But they both have higher European ancestors ... 🙂

Its always been like that, esp on the East Coast. Danny's a Puerto Rican from Philly. Caribbean Latinos have been intermingling w/ Black folks (American, Caribbean & African) since jump street. That weird tension/conflict energy really only exists in Southern California where the Hispanic demo is primarily Mexican & Central American.
