Well, I am a morning person, but that means that I like to watch your videos as a part of my long long morning routine 😂☕️🫖 I don't like the part when I have to exercise because I have very low blood pressure and my doctor suggested that I should try working out latter throughout the day. So now I only ENJOY and RELAX in the morning 😁❤️ I prioritize my mental health 😌🍪 P.S Lee I can't wait to see your fall decorations in the next video 🙌🏻🍁🍂🫶🏻🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛
@@unbusylee ahhh I feel the same actually LOL 🥲 that I prefer a slow morning but I know that the more the day goes by the less I am likely to work out 🥲 so I aim for just one day of a purely slow morning a week! Since I also have early morning shifts at the hospital 2-3 times a week that leaves me with 2-3 days of mornings that I work out! But when I work out I try to wake up super early (5 ish) so that when I’m done with the gym or run I still have a lot of morning to enjoy slow 🥰 hopefully that makes sense LOL
