    You actually have such a gift when it comes to explaining these types of topics. Make very hard subjects and topics simple for understanding by anyone. I was not sure why the graph did what it did, now I have a complete understanding of it all. Another cool aspect is the fact that you didn’t mention P50, but after watching this video I have a clear understanding of why low P50 means higher affinity, and also why myoglobin is storage rather than delivery.

      If you have ever looked up Dr. Mike, DO on RUclips I feel he and Dr. Kopot, MD talk with a very similar cadence and intonation. A quick glance at their bios shows they both grew up in Brooklyn which makes sense.

    Why is it that the binding of one diatomic oxygen molecule to one heme group in hemoglobin makes the other heme groups more likely to bind O2 as well? Does it change the conformation?
