V11 has always made me nervous on right turns in the Model X, as it tends to cut it closer to the curb than I would as a human. So I'm not sure if this is a new behavior or something that just hasn't been helped by V12.
For me I had not experienced that with v11 but definitely with v12. On my M3P, I had a close call but was able to disengage before any damage could happen.
