Hotel Review - Comfort Inn Old Town Pasadena

- Here's the full hotel review from my California trip! It was also my first ever duo tour, shot with my good friend Dan. Unfortunately, we were both completely exhausted from over 20 hours of traveling, so we sort of lumbered through the video with a lot less organization and insight than I typically try to provide. But I wanted to make sure I shot the review before we unpacked and made a mess out of the room.
Anyway, hope you enjoy this (sleepy) tour of a beautifully maintained older budget motel. I'd highly recommend this place - great deal for the area.

I live down the street from this place. Nice to know that I could recommend it for guests!
I'd be ok with my hotel rooms just having a shower instead of a tub. The thought of taking a bath in a hotel tub seems so disgusting.
portland value inn in Portland Oregon is similar. soft and firm are opposites. great video for you two being half asleep.
In 2018 Comfort Inn shares it’s logo with Comfort Suites.
Did I mention that I'm banned from the Benbrook, Texas Comfort Suites? I complained to corporate about problems with the TV and having to wait for maintenance. The manager was not happy about me doing that. So she essentially banned me.

Not a bad room. And with the stuff you got in the bag, it would've been hilarious if the bag said "Kwik-E-Mart".
That is an OLD Comfort Inn. hard to find a exterior corridor CI anymore

Yep! I thought that was pretty cool when I saw the response to my review. Pretty unusual for a hotel, especially one of this class, to add an elevator.
It seems that they want to make it more handicap accessable. Though the property seems really nice for the price. I stayed at a comfort inn Back in april, and found dead bugs in the bed.

IN MY DAY THIS WAS CONSIDERED A MOTEL WITH ROOM SERVICE BELIEVE IT OR NOT IT WAS 24 HOURS IN VEGAS BREAKFAST LUNCH WAS FREE TOTALLY GONE.....

Worst Frontdesk Service Ever! I had to call a Police to get my room key reaccess.
When me and my parents checked in last night, I got confirmation that me and our family would check out by 12:30pm and Answer was "Yes". In the Morning, I was moving my bags to my keys around 11am and then room key access was denied. I asked Frontdesk Spanish Women that I need an Access to the room, then she said "Checkout time is 11am, Housekeeping can't go home because of you"
I told her I got confirmation we will check out by 12:30pm, but she says " Stop Yelling! I will call the Police" She doesn't even try to confirm with previous employees and doesn't listen to customers. My Parents and I were so disappointed with their service attitude.
I said "Yes please do it" then, she changed her words "Police won't get here ever" and she's calling her manager to confirm. So, I had to call a Police and explain my situation.
After 5 min, the police officer came and she renewed the room access. And then she and her other Spanish women disappeared from the Frontdesk. If Comfort high Managers or Owners of this Location who really care about customer losing, then you'd better fire those spanish frontdesk women and housekeeping. They are killing your Comfort Inn Business to UnComfort Inn.
Future Travelers... Be aware of this rude and unkind service at Comfort Inn.
She never tries to help and tries to fight you and care about their shift off to go home.
My heart beats so fast still and my hand is still shaking.
Worst Service!!!
