The first story you talk about the cop getting pulled over The cop was doing 80 mph he should get stopped but DR said he would not pull over a cop that sounds like a problem to me as a civilian the problem you are above the law thin blue line help me out
Yep. And he has a selective memory on the Rampart Scandal way more than just two guys stealing drugs. Just do a search and you can see this guy has left out a lot of information.
@@xspindrift8737 Yeah, it was 3 guys… one got smoked by a Good Cop! The other garbage was completely fabricated by Perez. I will yield, the Captains and Command Staff knew he was Dirty….including Chief Bernard Parks!!! All the Kat’s in between? Nope… good Cops fucked by a Criminal and the command staff trying to protect themselves!
When they’re questioning how this incident resulted in termination, I assume the terminated party is the one who committed a felony whilst on duty in a marked squad car?
And if my assumption is correct, it’s really, really easy to figure out why the police officer was fired after he committed a felony whist on duty in a marked squad car….
There are obviously circumstances that warrant driving much faster than the speed limit in a squad car. Upholding your bullshit code is not one of them. Also, ya know, felons can’t be cops.
This episode is a litmus test to see who's actually paying attention and who's just nodding their head.
Yeah.. as a 22 year LAPD veteran, I’m ashamed and embarrassed of what my organization has become. It’s a bunch of weasels in high power positions, most of whom have never worked the streets or worked them the bare minimum burning cops and kneeling to the public. Did we need change yeah, but to bend to the point we have is disgusting. I used to love my job. I used to love going to work. Now every time I have to get in my car and drive to work I get a stomach ache.. I can’t wait to retire.
I truly mean this, thank you for your service!!!!
@@brenttucker6246 I really appreciate it!
I'll be honest to you from the civilian side of things, we used to hide from the LAPD as kids back in 80s and 90s when we visited family in LA. Our relatives did the same. But we also tried to stay away from all the gangbangers too. Nowadays we don't hide from the LAPD. We see them as doing their jobs. Both the LAPD and the city changed with the times in a good way I believe. The fear of getting roughed up or arrested for the assumption that we were in a gang has gone to LAPD officers trying to help people. So it is what it is.
How do you feel about these 2 bums saying they wouldn't pull over a coo breaking the law?
Wtf what it has become? It used to be insanely racist and even more corrupt
holding cops to a different standard is the main problem. if anyone else was going 80 they would go to jail. fuck rules for thee but not for me bs
Not just going 80 but fleeing from a traffic stop. And suspension is TOO much?
Keep at it boys! I ain't got no friends and I miss my army bros so this show is something I look foward to. Stay frosty brothers
@IDKman-wl7qy ain't that the truth, never was able to meet people out here I can click with. But I phone chat sometimes with my bros when they can and it is all good. This show is great though, definitely helps me feel like I'm with some buddies shooting the shit. Except I'm not and they don't know me haha
We’ll be your daddy now
*Friends. Sorry. Autocorrect strikes again….
@PRC_E5 I still liked the comment cause it was hilarious!haha

@@bubbadiesel4961mssp is a good podcast for the bros, if possible maybe take up bjj lot of veterans train
The hypocrisy runs deep in this episode.
In what ways?
Police work has absolutely changed for the worst!!!! Body cams need to go.
Tells me all i need to know about this dude with him saying he wouldnt pull over a cop, who had been repeatedly reported, for doing 80mph and hauling ass through neighborhoods. Despicable. Im not even going into the whole Rampart mess. There's FAR more to the story than he alluded to.
You guys rock. Make my Mondays suck a little less than usual. Keep it up, Florida men.
Haha see not all Florida men are bad!
No but these 2 are
Super pumped to see these subscribers going up every week for yas! I’m at 38 subs. Nowhere near where you guys are at but us electricians enjoy listening to your episodes!
Awesome podcast.

Guessing you were never a comms nerd, lol
@@krisdkit’s worse than that.. z I was an 18E 😂
My Father did 22 years on the NYPD every time he sees the news he get so angry with the way things are done now. What was his opinion on Internal Affairs? He said that he had no problems with the Supervisors doing the investigations but the cops and detectives that took those assignments were cowards who couldn't handle the street.
Best podcast out there. Thanks guys. Cant wait for the show every week. So fkn good💪👊🇺🇸

Awesome podcast. I will just add that I am a critical care physician. Physicians cannot strike. There aren’t even “unions” for physicians. I believe there is a startup union in one state, but the big corporations beat you down until you can’t take it anymore. If physicians strike it’s considered patient abandonment and malpractice of which those are criminal and civil cases, respectively. Nurses and other staff can strike all day. So, I suppose law enforcement and physicians are the only two professions, unless the military is the same way.
Definitely can’t strike in the military 😂
A simple google search proves this false. There are unions for physicians.
What a way to start the morning 🔥

Does this internal affairs podcaster understand that an LEO committing a felony is more important than the fact that the same act violates a police general order or policy?
I spent 5 years in a large metro so cal PD and I can confirm the city departments are in fact towing the political lines, especially, that chiefs put out. Great cops still work at those departments and don't have a plan or exit strategy and it's heartbreaking. I don't regret a single second of my time. Looking back I wish I had the knowledge and maturity to try and do something about it.
I worked on the FD along with LAPD. When they took the department went after the greatest Police Chief Darryl Gates the department went down hill. LAPD took care of us and LAFD took care of them. When Gates left the department became a bunch of overpaid security guards. It was sad to watch how the politics destroyed that department.
Daryl gates had to resign because of the rodney king scandal
What is this San Bernardino incident you speak of?
I would love to see Marlon Marrache react to or talk about the show _Bosch_
17,985 agencies to be exact
Can you guys do an episode looking into the prominence of gangs within the LASD?
They are the gang 😂😂😂😂😂
Former LASD deputy here.
They’re not gangs, they’re more like high school clicks.
You have to play the game and be like them if you want to be a part of their little groups.
Females get in by putting out.
There’s a few good deputies left in the department but LASD is a rapidly sinking ship.
The sheriff, Luna, is a brainless puppet for the LA County Board of Supervisors. He wasn’t elected, he was selected by the BOS.
Most of the good deputies have left the profession or lateraled to to another agency or moved to another state all together.
Most of the people left in the department are morons, cowards, and obedient sheep that will blindly follow orders, even bad ones.
In California prosecutors & public defenders aren’t allowed to strike.

He fell in love w one of the gay space pirates while hunting them. It was a door gunner for space force....
This one is both the most offensive answer and unfortunately the most accurate…. But not 100 percent true 😂
So just going off the thumbnail very Afro friendly
You lost me when nobody stood up and said why wouldn't you pull over a cop? Cops don't do wrong? Did I misunderstand the context?
Well that’s my stance and I’m the cohost, maybe that wasn’t clearly conveyed in this episode because we had already covered it on a prior show, but I agree they should be held to the same standard, just like our politicians…. Nobody is above the law.
@@brenttucker6246this. That complaint could have been handled internally with an email or phone call. You didn’t need to set up a “sting” operation to catch a speeding cop.
When did the LAPD stop abusing people's rights and brutality? IS that your question?
Violent cities have violent cops since their cops come from the same communities as the criminals.
Been to LA lately?

Everybody blames the cops and not the politicians writing the laws, it’s ridiculous. Y’all are right about it being one sided, cops have to be perfect and criminals get a pass. Thank the news media, anger sells
This guy saying the cops have to follow the law now and acts like it's bad is kind of disturbing
Kinda interesting watching all the ran through “rappers” crawling back onto platforms like the JRE podcast these last few years.
I can only assume it’s some “peace and reconciliation” crap.
