I liked the idea of marinading the chicken first to seal off any unpleasant smell later when having the soup. I always get that unpleasant whiff when having it that I got to hold my breath while I’m at it.😅 Why a whole beaten egg? I thought just the egg white!
2 year ago but herr goes I'm guessing it's a bit extra at the end which confused me at first but it's just to thicken the soup up a bit , I didnt need to it was perfect minus that my lady said it was better then the restaurant hah
Simon Lam nice! Do you know if I can swap the cream style corn for normal corn? I can’t find Cream style corn except on amazon and it’s very expensive there!
@@theshape7214 Some say creamed corn is basically corn purée! So, just pulse fresh corn kernels in a food processor with some water or maybe just a bit evaporated milk and bring it to a boil if canning it.

Why when it's put in the fridge overnight does the soup thin out again?
Spacemanrob it could do, when reheating it just had some corn flour to thicken it again
So I put cornflour in the chicken at the beginning and then add more into the soup later on too?

Zoe Mabbs I looked it up on google and it said just pulse blend a normal tin so that’s what I did! Turned out great 😋
