    Easy to follow turned pur very tasty..gave it a twist with garlic and crushed chillies!..great relieve when you have a cold!😄

    I liked the idea of marinading the chicken first to seal off any unpleasant smell later when having the soup. I always get that unpleasant whiff when having it that I got to hold my breath while I’m at it.😅
    Why a whole beaten egg? I thought just the egg white!

      @@maitee2248 One guy suggested using potato starch instead constarch for it’s best for freezing.

      I'm guessing it's a bit extra at the end which confused me at first but it's just to thicken the soup up a bit , I didnt need to it was perfect minus that my lady said it was better then the restaurant hah

      Spacemanrob it could do, when reheating it just had some corn flour to thicken it again

      Grapeson Dolan yes cornflour to seal the chicken and the cornflour thicken the soup

      Simon Lam nice! Do you know if I can swap the cream style corn for normal corn? I can’t find Cream style corn except on amazon and it’s very expensive there!

      Zoe Mabbs I looked it up on google and it said just pulse blend a normal tin so that’s what I did! Turned out great 😋

      @@theshape7214 Some say creamed corn is basically corn purée! So, just pulse fresh corn kernels in a food processor with some water or maybe just a bit evaporated milk and bring it to a boil if canning it.

    I’m going nuts trying to find corn flour, can’t I use corn starch (not cornmeal) instead if it’s just for thickening?
