Who knew a skunk could be that cute?! And that moose is so adorable! What fun cards. As always, your sketch and design choices are perfect for showing off the papers and ephemera in this collection!!
Having chronic illness, my favorite card was the skunk with the sentiment "being sick stinks." That would have made me laugh for hours and given me a great"pick me up." If that's one of the donated cards, I think the recipient would love it.
Cute cute cards! Like how you used the small tags on the cards near the end. I love doodle pops as they are the cutest! Thinking of yur sister and her family and hope they are doing well. Blessings to your sister and hope her treatments go well. TFS
Wow! I've had my eye on the Waffle Flower Designer Templates, next splurge. The Wonky die cards are super cute. Great idea using the plain card stock Wonky background. Love the beavers!
Oh my goodness! This set is so, so cute! I sometimes find Doodlebug's collections to be "too cutesy", but this one I love. I am fascinated by your creative design abilities and am just giddy whenever you post a new video. Thank you, Kristie!
I've been waiting MONTHS for you to use up this collection; so excited to see the video up today. Brilliant way to use up those tags - VERY cool design. My very favorite were the cards using the new die set from Waffle Flower. Have a great week.
I’ve been wanting to use the collection so bad, but other projects needed to happen first. I’m hoping to work on the newest DB Christmas collection next month. 😊
Thank you so much! 😊 I purchase cardstock in bulk from a local paper store. I have them cut the cardstock into card base sizes, then I score and fold the card bases myself.
Hi Kristie Can I ask a question please? When you say you donate your cards to a retirement home. What does that actualy mean? Do you write a note in each one and the home gives them to the residents as occasions arise, their birthday for example, or, does the home use them to give to residents "from management"? I'm just curious. I love watching you create BTW. I have never finished a paper pad yet, so your work is inspirational. Thanks for all you do for the crafting world. You are amazing. Cheers, Lynn, from Australia.
Thank you so much for your kindness! It means a lot to me. 😊 I've mentioned it a few times in older videos, but I should probably do an updated video about how I donate my cards. The cards I take to the retirement homes are specifically for the residents. It's basically happy mail. I drop off around 30 general themed cards every month. The staff will pass out the cards to those they feel need a card. For holidays, I bring enough cards for every resident. I add a handwritten message inside every single card. Currently, the retirement homes I take my cards to have no need for blank cards for the residents to send to loved ones. Many residents don't get regular visitors or mail, so I'm hoping my cards add a little sunshine to their day. ☀

Fantastic cards!! Always inspired by your videos!! Do you create your own card bases?

Love all your videos, your very talented. Are you doing any more 6x6 pads for Easter?
Thank you! 😊 I probably won’t do a full 6x6 Easter video this year. I think I’ll finish off a partial Easter paper pad instead.

What are you putting your ATG on when you aren't using it
It's an ATG Holster. I have a link in description box where you can purchase one. I love it!
