Boycott their product from the consumption level. Even if we could minimize and replace it with something else we as Nepali citizens can reduce the demand in the market. This is the only effective way to fight against giant corporations from an individual level. Jai Nepal!

This is important stuff. Great to see such good quality journalism from Nepal!

Hey, we should have a video about Birendra Bahadur Basnet as well. He established the safest airline in Nepal, holding over 50% of the market share. Interestingly, he travels modestly, even going through airport security like an average person. He also owns a rice mill that exclusively purchases from Nepali farmers and consistently pays them on schedule. He actively discusses wealth disparities and advocates for higher taxes on the wealthy. He truly stands out as a genuinely decent wealthy individual, who rest of these rich fucks can learn from. You have a video about Buddha Air, but it doesn't cover all the details thoroughly.

Have been following the big family houses for over a decade. Similar to United States a century ago, was run by rockfellers, rothchilds and Kennedys. The same is seen in Nepal with this big corporate houses namely, Chaudhary, golchhas, vishal, golyan, murarka, shanker, triveni, dugar, ranas (Kumari bank), malhotras (IMS), khetan, MAW group etc. But the difference is that the families that runned U.S were us citizens itself, but in nepal majority of them are Indians. You name the biggest cement industry, biggest bank, highest totaled insurance company, re- insurance company, real estate company, steel company, five star hotels, automobile dealership are all owned and controlled by these handful of unethical businessmen. The politicians in nepal can't do a thing about it, this is because the 3 major political parties and majority of its central committee members are completely financed by and controlled by them. Another important aspect is that most of the politicians are also non seen partners in these companies and help the businessmen in offshoring profits to safe heavens. Name any country where, bank, insurance, industry, credit rating company, business and industry are owned by a single men, nowhere in planet earth except NEPAL. The company is established huge amount of debt is taken over with Lower value collateral, the same fund is misutilised elsewhere, the company goes into loss, then releases IPO and goes public, the public buys the stock and are the ultimate losers, the owner cash outs and sells of the company. But the most dangerous part is that the person who owns this is not a Nepali citizen, he/she is an Indian citizen, whereby the nepalese law doesn't directly apply on and even if one tries to go against it, one cannot go against the entire Indian government. In a nutshell we all are puppets just following the orders from above.
