This factory looks like a century old workshop. The workshop needs a complete overhaul with new technology with robotic designs . I am sure the revenue incured for this workshop maintenance wont be sustenance for the railways to hold on with such ancient workshop. The Railway ministry need to look into this aspect.
Great video sir... how many total passenger coaches used in PR??out of which how many coaches are CNR coaches?? And what is this maximum speed of CFI coaches?? people over here looked very skilled but , they don't have that facilities they deserve actually... And secondly the coupling used in PR is screw type coupling which is not so safe , they should AAR/CBC coupling which is used in frieght wagons, all the locomotive and passenger coaches still uses screw coupling , that needed to change...
Total coches ka idea nhi CNR new coaches 200 ke kreeb ho gi for 160/omg CFI coache 140/kmh ke liy hain Yes there are not much better facilities and the reason is lack of interest and budgeting,

There is a system Out of all shops there is a moving structure which would carry a coach on it and move horizontally infront of all the shops, and it has a heavy motor like trench which pulls the coach out of the shop at that moving hub and then that hub move to next shop and unload the coach there and they pull it again in the upcoming shop, I was about to film it but unfortunately the heavy storm came and rain after it so I have to pack up the filming

I visited CFI in 2019 on my university's industrial trip. CFI is doing a very good job of making the coaches and refurbish them.
