I love collete i also think Zara shoudl have been first cover cleves with CJ parr and hana howard tbh but nothing against theor first covers coz theyre all great! I also really love racheal rawlisons cleves!

Most alto cleves sing it in A Minor (uk cast recording) when brit mack was cast she was a mezzo sop so they put it up a semi tone into B flat Minor as heard on the brodway album. Kennedy is a soprano and sings in B minor. One whole tone from Genisis and Lexi did
I got to say, im a little disappointed in kennedys version. I jsut love when they climax all powerful like Brittney for example, and this kinda feels like a letdown compared to especially the us queens and some of the uk swings, who stood out most to me. Her acting might be great but without this power at the end it kinda feels lacklustre to listen.
@Abcdefg-wm1ct i saw her in Rotterdam, she was stunning - especially acting wise. My one and forever cleves will always be Brittney, shes just so damn strong and was the first one i saw. But i rly enjoyed the heck out of kennedys when i saw her live
does anyone know what they do for the quick change when they wear the pink alternate costume? it doesn’t have a cleves variation for it like the other alternate costumes and i’ve noticed that all the actors that wear it and cover cleves (zara, leah, natalie) appear the same at the beginning and end of the song. do they not do anything? how does that work?
they don’t have a quick change :)
the only ones that do it are chiara in orange and for teal its vicki/cj/nicole and then for black its cassie/collete and potentially nat in the open costume, in newer generations alternates cant do cleves reveals - so silver and the new version of black dont have anything underneath
