Making Met Gala ballgowns for Lego minidolls | Doll repaint DIY Craft

- What we don't have in proper Lego minidoll form is couture ballgowns for the Lego Friends line. And I think that they could really do with some. So I set about making them some, then they can be used for prom dresses, red carpet openings, met ball appearances, whatever. This doll repaint DIY craft project is not too tricky, just use whatever craft items you have on hand - feathers, lace, sequins.

This would be a great Blind Bag theme. They are really missing the boats on Lego Friends blind bags! They're a great grab and go. Great for party favors. Collect collect collect. One of my favorite sets is the one I grabbed online at Jo-Ann Fabrics it was the honey /bee market stall set 30416. It was a lower priced point set it came with the two adorable dolls and if they had those regularly I'd probably buy one every time I go through the line. You don't feel like you're spending a million bucks and I probably end up spending more buying those little packs!

Ms. Ellie you may not see this but when I was little I used to watch your videos all the time (and I especially loved the Lego friends). My favorite was Lilly’s star house and I rewatched it yesterday and it almost brought me to tears. It may have not effected me much but your videos will always be a core memory of my childhood ❤

I’m not a fan of Olivia’s outfit either, there’s just something off with the swimsuit top mixed with a poofy skirt
@@jennadiamonds6176yeah.. dresses are usually attached but just something about the colors or design doesn’t feel right. Maybe the hair also did something?
Olivia's is a bit different with the swim suit top not connecting to the skirt but they are all still beautiful
When you did the puffy ponytail for andrea when she is an adult, she ACTUALLY got that hair style!

Oh EllieV! I really like the “Custom Minidolls” section on your RUclips channel! 🤩 Emma (my favorite from LEGO Friends) looks amazing in this gorgeous dress! ✨ By the way, these feathers in her hair make her look like French women from the 20s of the last century (almost as she dreamed of 😉)

The ponytail with the silver straps is from a cartoon called dc superhero girls and there is a character who actually wears that hair style her name is Lashina and she is a villan.
My favourite was Emma because it was purple but I love them all!
