HOPEFULLY yall don't mind that I posted this week's video a little bit early. This weekend is a busy one, so I posted it early to make sure it got done.
Congrats on your newly acquired Trommel, I hope you will be as satisfied with it as I am with my own. I made a little adjustment to mine so that it could switch into reverse if the auger got stuck. Good addition to your worksite.
Thanks Lou! It WOULDN'T be possibly without all of my friends, & their awesome equipment. I only own a small piece of the puzzle that makes PNWSTE videos possible.
Thank-You. Us manchilds (As a fellow club members wife calls us guys) have a lot of fun during our gatherings. We use to do an event called Dozer Day. It's an event where the kids got to operate the real construction equipment. We drew a very big crowd all day long.
Trommel looks great! If there was one thing I would add is make the screener deck shake. Maybe a motor with a cam that would flip the deck up and down. And That's it, the rest looks great! Now just imagine a conveyor belt sitting right under and collecting the processed material then making a stock pile when you want or remove and use the track loader like you do. Options are endless my friend....but you know that. :) I can't wait to get caught up and share some similar videos in the future. :)
Unfortunately, yes it does pile up against the tree. Fortunately, the material is processed through a grizzly after it leaves the mine, & before it enters this phase of the production. We are able to run 6-8 hours before the excavators have to dig that end out.

Thank-you sir. I was very happy with how much material it was able to process in a day.
@@pnwRC. yes its a heap of fun. It also oerforms best if the dirt is dry.

Thank-You. We're in the planning stages to build our conveyor belts for the processing operations.
Where did you find the trummal? I've been looking for one
Google RCmodelDesign, & it use to come up.
Awesome new machine,cool video
Thanks, & thanks for watching!
Maybe a shaker motor on the grizzly..
I'll pass that along to the machines owner, as a possible upgrade.
Nice trommel! Who makes it?
Rc Model Design makes these
I had all the sheet metal to make it at the shop just got to find a motor now!
Make sure it's a strong motor!
It might help to have a gearmotor with an eccentric lobe bumping the grizzley bars to clear rocks easier, or more even just slope to the bars
I'll have to suggest that to Dan, the PNWSTE member that owns the trommel. He's definitely goign to make some minor modifications to it.
Now that’s a tommel 🤩! 😎👍🏼
It needs a few minor modifications, but it's definitely a beast!
I have electric actuator to lift bars on mine. Wanted hydraulic like real ones but price and the amount of dirt will be hard on it
Yeppers, to make this be hydraulic operated would be very expensive.
I really like the Trommel, it’s in my future plans…😊😊
I think once you get the quirks figured out with it, you'll like it!
Thankyou, I believe so
Great video. Isn't the trummel facing the wrong way eg the big stuff is going next to a tree?

Hey there boss, what was the shipping time to the pnw for the trommel? I'm ready to buy one. I'm located in Washington state. Thx
Shipping time was about a month.
