Second, you then use whatever definition you want for any legal term within in a criminal law and charge her with said crime. Its so easy that DemoRats have done it for the past 7 years.

Maybe censure is the first step which might lead to considerations of impeachment. I think there's a process that has to go through. Maybe she has immunity unless impeachment succeeds by vote which would remove the immunity. And that would allow criminal prosecution. Something like that probably. Marjorie has started the process and I didn't hear any interruptions or objections or points of order. So it doesn't sound like anyone is standing with Omar.
