The show does a good job with the scenario of one actress playing multiple characters. Rarely do I ever snap out of my trance and think to myself that these are the same person and when I do it's a conscious decision as opposed to something in the scene snapping me out of my trance.
I watch those quick RUclips accounts of all the talent and work and general mountain-moving that went into episodes of Game Of Thrones, emptying entire villages of its citizens, painting them all green and having them scurry around as Night Walkers. But no feat of wonder can match Tatiana Maslany's command of Orphan Black, her peerless ability to embody each of the five Orphan clones with such flawless execution, causing us to fall in love with each for totally different reasons. Like many other viewers, I fell hardest for Helena, her transformation from crazed stalker to fearless warrior to Total Mom Overdrive.
Love this, thanks for uploading! My favourite show of all time. Wish they hadn't put such distracting drum and bass background music in this behind the scenes, hard to hear what people are saying!
This was bloody brill gonna miss it tatiana myslany did great all these characters my fav was sarah , Alison ,n ob course Helena n she named her babies Arthur after art cop n Donnie her brother in law awwe
How did the She-Hulk team manage to downplay Tatiana's talents so much? In Orphan Black Tatiana was set up to win Emmys. She Hulk writers didn't do her justice. It's like they just used her for her fanbase.
The writing didn't do anyone justice, sadly. And there were so many things that the show could/should have been, seeds that weren't properly watered… I was doing cartwheels internally when Tat was cast, only to be mired in disappointment at what we were ultimately given. My complaints weren't the same as the loudest detractors (at all), but it was tough to even 'provide balance' when those folks got all soapbox and ranty etc.
