I've been listening to metal and Priest since 1974. I'm 60 and still love it today and believe in God. Metal music is the best. I love Megadeth, Metallica, Pantara and many more. Brings back many good memories.
That's because there is no way in hell could KK play that solo ever!!!! He's all wah wah and effects trickery! Great song writing abilities but JP was Glenn Tipton period 😊😊😊
@@trillrifaxegrindor4411 No. Definitely Glen's. Both on the record and live takes. Probably Glen's best solo and a classic in anyone's books. It's not even KK's style.
Tim has more passion than Rob vocally live. Sucks to say but, true!! Tell me that I'm wrong (and mean it in your soul).. Love 'em both. PRIEST!!! FUCK YEAH!!!
Hey, Rob is fucking Rob. Taking NOTHING from him. Love the dude. But, in his book K.K. talked looking to his left and seeing a lack of effort. I noticed it also. Having seen Priest multiple times. K.K. just confirmed my thoughts. Rob is an old guy now and being of age myself, you lose a few steps. I'm amazed that he still has the desire to do this let alone the energy to keep up and perform at a high level. Yes, you are correct in what you say. They don't call him the Metal God for no reason.
i love rob but he couldn't sing this song anymore at this level(i saw them live 5 times before 1990 ).................he would go flat or not be able to reach these highs @@matimati469
Cara...fico no empate, quando Halford gravou essa música o Tim ainda usava fraldas, mas temos aí um verdadeiro exemplo de que quando o mestre é bom melhor ainda é o discípulo.@@renatamartins5789
im confused by kk not doing his own solo, but aj nailed it perfectly anyway.............awesome rendition of this perfect song cant help but love the bass player,he is in the pocket and having a good time....drummer would make dave holland smile from the grave(even though he wasnt the original drummer on this song)
Tim sounds unbelievable here. KK's Priest is the real thing!
Pretty cool that K.K. gave his guitarist Glenn's solo.
Just wanted to wish KK happy 100th birthday.
The Baddest!
Waiting for this in Texas !
Big Tim Owens fan. This is really good

way better than the current Judas Priest!
If there was not that other singer's version, this would be thee one
I say with respect cuz i love this
I love how the 2nd guitarist plays Glenn's solo note for note. Shows his respect for this classic!
Риппер красавчик. Эта группа - лучшая часть Прист
Thanks for the footage!!! Here for KK Downing's solo!!
Again, so incredibly cool of KK, allowing AJ to play the big solo here :} (Of course this is not teh only cool thing that can be seen/heard here!)
and Les wrote this one.
in his position, would you feel comfortable playing Glenn's solo in his absence?
That's because there is no way in hell could KK play that solo ever!!!! He's all wah wah and effects trickery! Great song writing abilities but JP was Glenn Tipton period 😊😊😊
@@adeypayne9669 can you play that solo BTW?
@@vredensengel4170 yep! And way better than AJ too tbh 👍🤘
I never had a problem with kk. Honestly Glen Tipton played almost every lead while kk posed.
This song has not been played so well in years. Great performance!
The singer is tight AF! Awesome show by KK and his Boys~
"the singer"? He is the amazing Ripper Owens
Damn. Absolutely incredible KKs playing and Rippers voice
AJ performed incredibly well, too!
Rippers voice is insane here , very impressive .
Agreed. Ripper is a much stronger vocalist at 56 than Rob Halford was at the same age.
Ripper sounds better in his 50s than he did in his 30s. I love it.
Mi respeto y admiración para el señor Tim Owens nadie da un peso por ti yo si
Eres grande Tim
Que estas diciendo!!! Muchos bancamos a Tim, a mí siempre me gusto mucho mas que el otro pelado
Absolutely incredible.. that was off the charts good. What a fantastic job and Ripper just killed it!!
No matter how many times I listen to this song it always makes me cry. And with Tim's voice it sounds even fucking better 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Wow! Very well done!
brutally good, owens, kk, the entire band...epic performance!
Ripper is amazing in this song.
Ripper is The King of metal today yesterday News was awesome but this save The future metal thanx Ripper!!!
Just wow! Ripper !!
Ripper increíble!!!
Impressive! Sounds great!
Im waiting here in the Harley-Davidson Capital of the World for this tour! Great post! Stay Heavy! Cheers mate!
Woah! Awesome performance, is Ripper getting better? Always been a fan but he nailed that like when I saw him in Priest in 98
Ripper is on fire!!
Live album please.
The new Priest - absolutely !
Awesome job, great stuff. Cheers!
Ripper is singing so well
love it please can we have some more MORE
Both of those solos are just eternal. I'm surprised that K.K did not play Glenn Tipton's part though.
They have done a great new album. I love it.
Cheers Mr. Owens
Junto con Blaze Bayley los más olvidados subvalorados.
Pero son la energia pura del heavy metal!!🤟
They were fantastic at Alcatraz festival in Kortrijk Belgium
Dude your video is insane. I love it. Thx for posting.
Well done. Especially that mid section lead
muito bom
Awesome

Beautiful song
That was fucking Perfect!! ❤👍🏻
Killer Man !!!!
Ripper sounds brill
KILLER \,,/..\,,/
Wow this sounds great. Rob is the greatest of all time but Ripper sounds better nowadays.
This band is better than the current priest line up
Well Said, dude!😀
😃🤘🤘🤘🎸🎸🎸🎸🎼🎼🎼🎼
KK and his Band are nowadays real Priest - Halford was great but now he should retire
For me, todays Judas Priest is just a Rob Halford solo career band.
ripper still has the pipes!
Glenn Tipton would be very proud.
this was a kk solo originally ,but he let AJ take it and he did a great job
@@trillrifaxegrindor4411ive seen Tipton from the front row rip the lead lick in the past, so your saying KK n Glen both share the lead sometimes? Idk
@@trillrifaxegrindor4411 No. Definitely Glen's. Both on the record and live takes. Probably Glen's best solo and a classic in anyone's books. It's not even KK's style.
That's why I love Tim so much!! This hasn't sounded this good since Priest did it back in the early 80's. Very well done !!!
Tim has more passion than Rob vocally live. Sucks to say but, true!! Tell me that I'm wrong (and mean it in your soul).. Love 'em both. PRIEST!!! FUCK YEAH!!!
now ,absolutely rob pre "fight/.painkiller" days was absolutely memorizing live or otherwise

Tim The Ripper is the True Priest
this beautiful song doesn't needs this pathetic video introduction imo
Essa música é perfeita para o vocal do Ripper, fica melhor com ele do que com Halford.
Nonsense squared!!!!!!
Po drugie, spójrz, ile lat ma Rob!
Thirdly, no one will sing this ballad as beautifully as Rob
i love rob but he couldn't sing this song anymore at this level(i saw them live 5 times before 1990 ).................he would go flat or not be able to reach these highs @@matimati469
Exagerou. Gosto do Tim, mas Halford é insuperável

Better than Glenn Tipton is only Glenn Tipton!

That solo were done by Glenn Tipton. KK made the same solo as this version.
I'm sorry, but who cares?
We love Judas Priest, not this nonsense!!
Kk did ok
