Life Drawing in Oil Paint

By popular demand (as per the Poll I put in the Community tab) this week we have a Real-Time video of my #LifeDrawing session with friends over Zoom!
I used oil paint and two kinds of paper:
- Canvas paper (the cellulose kind not the cotton kind)
- Colourfix Smooth Primed Paper (Made by Art Spectrum)

Wonderful what acrylic primer did you use on the paper please? What will happen if you don’t use a primer on that paper? Thanks in advance 🙏💕

I love the clear acrylic primer by 'Art Spectrum's it's fabulously matte without being gritty 👍
If you paint oil on paper without a primer the oil will saturate the paper and leave the pigment on the surface, thick paint will flake and the oil will gradually rot the paper over a few years. Not advised ☺️
