    Another warm-up - thanks a lot! I already use your first warm-up video as a part of my morning routine. In this one, you go further by practicing basic elements like steps and waves which is amazingly helpful for me as a beginner. As a suggestion - it would be great to make another warm-up video with body isolations, for example, making different types of waves and focusing on each body part. Thank you again for all the work you do!

    This video is incredible. I like this mostly because there is no background distractions. Also, Marius demonstrates step by step. I am looking for the video with the couple dancing step by step; hopefully it will be available soon.

    That was fun! In addition to getting a fun workout, I also learned something really cool:
    If I'm ever in doubt about what to do during a slow intro or break in the music... I can just do the suave!
    Dancing + learning + exercise = an amazing time 😊

      Thank you. As promised :D But stilll, 3 songs it felt a little bit rushed. I think 2-3 songs but focusing only on one part of the body would be better and with more results :D:D

    Why should you bring more warmup? Without our two gas pipelines Europe will have a cold winter. So we need your warmup!

    5:50 it is possible to move my shoulder like you do. It is possible to do my steps like you do. But it is impossible to do both. Alt present I think that is a privileg of the younger generation. To verivy this, just take a look at a bachata social. The 60 plus generation never (as I watched this on lots af socials, we call this in Germany parties) moves the shoulders like you show it. The secret of youth seem to learn this as you show this to us. Lern how to move as a boy. Maybe then you are able to dance with girls younger than your daugter. The only solution ist to try, try, try als long as it takes to be successful!

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  2 года назад

      In social parties 70-80% of dancers don't use their body like they should.
      They lack fundamentals. They just learn the moves. This is worldwide.
      Just like 90% of us, humans, don't know how to do a proper squat or push up. We just do them without taking time to understand a move and practice it.
      No matter your age, with practice amd perseverance you can do the moves.
      Of course, if you have a medical condition that is another case. We have a student with a piched nerve and he can't raise the elbow to high (as an example).
      But after you will practice it, I know you will do it. Let me know how it goes 😁

      @@MariusElenaBachata I've only experience in Germany. But I believe this. So we have to work this out. With your workouts!
