The second remark made by Lewis Texidor about Faouzia in the official video 'The Road' is that she have heard in pop for the first time in ten years a song that does not need extra harmonies, or extra vocal layers or other things, because her voice is enough.

Faouzia is something special. Great lyricist and incredible singer/musician. I think the one outstanding aspect of her singing comes from her Moroccan roots. American singers don't have the type of vibrato she can do. Plus how many people born in Casablanca have emigrated. Even Rick stayed after IIsa left. Take care
