VOICE OVER!!!! it's such a treat getting to hear your thoughts about your art process and how you tackle big projects like these! the cover looks absolutely stunning and you did such a good job with the flow of it :) i absolutely love your lineart style and how you draw wrinkles and render hands and (insert more oddly specific compliments here) also congrats on making the front cover!! absolutely deserved !!!
thank u, thank u!! drawing fabric folds and hands are two of my favorite things to work on, so im glad you think they look good!! im really excited to see how the cover turns out in person ^7^
TYY thats all very sweet of you to say!!! hehe, i'll try to make more speepaints where i explain my thought process from now on!! the piano was for sure a challenge so im very proud of how it turned out ^-^ the 3d model def came in handy for that!!
I love the voiceover!! It’s wonderful to hear your thought process behind your work. I think you did a fantastic job with this zine cover. The characters feel so dynamic and really reflect their personalities well. I know you said you struggled with differing their walking poses, but I think you solved that well. And your color!! I could go on and on really, but seriously. Beautiful piece and composition, I truly appreciate your insight and the walkthrough for the choices you made. Very well done :D
thank you so much!!! im glad you think so ;v; i'm so glad you and others seem to enjoy the voiceover and i also really love getting comments like these that reference the things i talked about in the video! it makes me happy that you're interested in the things i have to say about my process!! ty again for taking the time to watch and comment ^7^
OMG I LOVE THE VOICE OVER AND HOW YOU EXPLAIN YOUR THOUGHTS ON DRAWING! Your art has always given me so much inpso ever since I was like a little baby (like what 13-14? I just realized how seeing your work at 11 made no sense lol ) and it's really nice to see you draw drv3 stuff like reminds me when someone revists stuff they loved in the past and just brings back all the awesome memories! I love the Kaede zine and how you drew the front cover for it! love all the silly speedpaints/pos/pos
hehe thank you so much!!! im glad you found some insight in my rambling!! i will always come back to danganronpa, it left a huge impact on me and there's still so much i'd like to draw for it one day :33 def a comfort series for me!
This is such an amazing piece, looking at the process and hearing your thoughts made me look at it much more thoroughly and it's so beautiful!! The amount of details is just unbelievable, and the colours you use, the lighting, your rendering style create such an otherworldly atmosphere!! I think this is my favourite piece of yours so far! Also THE VOICEOVER IS A LIFE SAVER FOR ME!! As a person with adhd, it's very hard for me to focus on a speedpaint alone for a long time, no matter how dynamic or good it is, I need something additional, so I usually try to follow the lyrics or rhythm of the music, but if it's not catchy or sounds monotonous to me then it becomes a battle to keep my attention. It's usually not a problem for videos under 20-30 minutes, but watching anything longer than that is very hard for me, which is why I still can't bring myself to watch some of your longer speedpaints, but with voiceover I didn't even slightly feel it!! Hearing your thoughts is so nice and it gives me something to actually follow, it's such a great feeling! And I overall really liked listening to what you have to say about the process, it's genuinely so interesting!! I'd really love it if you made voiceovers for long speedpaints and music for shorter ones, or hell, even voiceovers for everything! Whatever you feel like, I really love your voice!
thank you so much!! i'm really happy you enjoyed the voice over, i was really worried it would come off as too boring or distracting but this comment made me want to try doing more voiceover speedpaints in the future!! i also have adhd and i completely get not being able to sit through the longer videos without something extra so that's a great point!! tysm for sharing your perspective and im glad you like the artwork!!! ^7^
An hour-long video with voice acting?!??! Damn, you're really feeding me with this one! You've been my favorite artist for years. And the first work i saw was a danganronpa fanart, so i also enjoyed whatching your progress! Thank you for that beautiful masterpiece! I would really like to watch more videos with comments on the process❤❤❤ (Sorry, if i made mistakes. English isn't my native language😅)
Ibble referencing art be like "I accidentally learned how to play piano while trying to figure out how to draw the inside of a piano" You should do more commentary!!!
