Hey, I got an issue I can’t figure out. My print quality is not good is like the print has a lot of white grain spots so it is a bit hard to read. I’ve tried the slow speed while printing and cleaned the printer but the issue still remains, any idea what this could be? I’ve had this issue since I bought the printer so I’m guessing it’s a software issue? Any suggestions on what I can try to do? Thank you
Hi, yes it sounds like your density could be adjusted if it's all over. If it's just one area it's probably dirty somewhere. This setting is located where the speed setting is usually. If not let me know your OS and software and I will follow up.
@@enko.labels I have tried density as well, and yes the white spots are all over. I am using Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1 on Macbook M3 max. But i have had the same issue on my windows computer before as well. Must be some setting or maybe some sort of software i have to download or something. Been trying to figure it out for ages xD
@@lolax100hb That is new, I had similar issue on Mac only but it turned out to be the driver. I am looking into this still, if it is both it might be the print head itself. What is the printer model? I know some have the option to change density on the printer itself.
Sounds like either a jam or power, can you tell me what happened before this and what you have tried? I just need a little more info for a starting point because this could be a number of things.
@@enko.labels printed day before with no problem. This day i was going to print and EEEEE not i guess, feed 1cm and stops and flashing red. Cant feed, cant print, cant reset, cant calibrate. No jam, and power is exactly same as before. I have not even touched the machine inbetween the print that worked and the print that got me the error. If i unplug it for a while and plug it back in, solid green…. Until i try to print. Feed 1cm and back to exactly the same
@@MrEtniesstyle ok the red only flashing is an issue with with the media sensor- usually labels are out but in this case I am guessing it may be dirty. This is normal and can easily be cleaned. If this is not the case what is your model? I will dig deeper and try to find some options specific for your model. We will need to test the rollers then motor so In the meantime I would check the feed (or platen) rollers - [seen here ruclips.net/video/Y1CBq_gsBD4/видео.html] they may not be able to move the labels. Possible out of position or dust build up. - they can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol just like the sensor. I have had printers that as they age they need to be cleaned more and more often but it can be replaced too- it happens. Looking forward to your reply.

Mine feeds about 1cm and then flashes red. When i try anything it just makes a wierd creaknoice for about 0.001 and nothing happens… help me
